目的:探讨自凝树脂与牙签结合制作铸造桩核熔模的临床应用效果。方法:28例患者,42颗根管治疗后的残根残冠,用自凝树脂与牙签结合制作铸造桩核熔模,观察其操作时间、就位情况、密合程度、以及固位效果等。结果:自凝树脂与牙签结合制作的铸造桩核熔模42颗全部成功。完成后的铸件顺利就位,与根管及根面贴合,形态大小长度符合要求,固位良好,在患者口内试戴时基本不需磨改。结论:采用自凝树脂与牙签结合制作桩核熔模,具有取材方便、价格低廉、操作简单、性能稳定、修改、调磨、不易变形等特点。
目的:探討自凝樹脂與牙籤結閤製作鑄造樁覈鎔模的臨床應用效果。方法:28例患者,42顆根管治療後的殘根殘冠,用自凝樹脂與牙籤結閤製作鑄造樁覈鎔模,觀察其操作時間、就位情況、密閤程度、以及固位效果等。結果:自凝樹脂與牙籤結閤製作的鑄造樁覈鎔模42顆全部成功。完成後的鑄件順利就位,與根管及根麵貼閤,形態大小長度符閤要求,固位良好,在患者口內試戴時基本不需磨改。結論:採用自凝樹脂與牙籤結閤製作樁覈鎔模,具有取材方便、價格低廉、操作簡單、性能穩定、脩改、調磨、不易變形等特點。
목적:탐토자응수지여아첨결합제작주조장핵용모적림상응용효과。방법:28례환자,42과근관치료후적잔근잔관,용자응수지여아첨결합제작주조장핵용모,관찰기조작시간、취위정황、밀합정도、이급고위효과등。결과:자응수지여아첨결합제작적주조장핵용모42과전부성공。완성후적주건순리취위,여근관급근면첩합,형태대소장도부합요구,고위량호,재환자구내시대시기본불수마개。결론:채용자응수지여아첨결합제작장핵용모,구유취재방편、개격저렴、조작간단、성능은정、수개、조마、불역변형등특점。
Objective:To discuse the self-curing resin combined with a toothpick making melt die cast post and core clinical application .Methods :Complete with the author's clinic 28 patients ,a total of 42 root canal treatment of residual crown and root ,with a combination of self-curing resin with a toothpick made cast post and core investment casting ,its operating time ,place ,situation ,close together ,and how retention effects in several are-as of research .Results :Combination of self-curing resin with a toothpick made cast post and core investment casting 42 was successful in all ,the successful completion of the casting in place ,and the root canal and root surface fitting , shape and size length to meet the requirements ,retention was good ,and Patients in the mouth when trying on the basic change without grinding .Conclusion:Using self-curing resin combined with a toothpick made post and core in-vestment casting ,found that it has drawn convenient ,low cost ,simple operation ,stable performance ,easy to modify , adjust grinding and so on .No need for casting conditions and transported to off-site casting of the molten mold de-formation .
