目的:探讨脑梗死患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MM P-9)水平的动态变化及其与神经损害的关系。方法:50例对照组与179例脑梗死患者发病24h内、第3天和第14天采血,用酶谱法测定MM P-2和MMP-9,比较其差别,并分析血浆MMP-2和MM P-9水平动态变化与脑梗死患者神经损害的关系。结果:①179例脑梗死患者发病24h内、第3天时血浆MM P-2、MM P-9浓度水平均高于正常对照组。第3天血浆MMP-2和MM P-9水平最高(P<0.05)。②发病24h内、3d、14d血浆MMP-2及MMP-9水平变化与脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损程度有关,神经功能缺损程度越重,血浆MMP-2及MM P-9水平越高,差异有显著性( P<0.05)。③第3天MMP-2、MM P-9水平之间显著相关(r=0.751),MMP-9与神经功能缺损程度评分的相关系数(r=-0.463,P<0.05)强于MM P-2(r=-0.218,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2和MM P-9参与脑梗死的病理过程,脑梗死急性期血浆MMP-2、MMP-9水平可作为判断脑梗死神经功能缺失、病情轻重及预后的客观指标。
目的:探討腦梗死患者血漿基質金屬蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基質金屬蛋白酶-9(MM P-9)水平的動態變化及其與神經損害的關繫。方法:50例對照組與179例腦梗死患者髮病24h內、第3天和第14天採血,用酶譜法測定MM P-2和MMP-9,比較其差彆,併分析血漿MMP-2和MM P-9水平動態變化與腦梗死患者神經損害的關繫。結果:①179例腦梗死患者髮病24h內、第3天時血漿MM P-2、MM P-9濃度水平均高于正常對照組。第3天血漿MMP-2和MM P-9水平最高(P<0.05)。②髮病24h內、3d、14d血漿MMP-2及MMP-9水平變化與腦梗塞患者神經功能缺損程度有關,神經功能缺損程度越重,血漿MMP-2及MM P-9水平越高,差異有顯著性( P<0.05)。③第3天MMP-2、MM P-9水平之間顯著相關(r=0.751),MMP-9與神經功能缺損程度評分的相關繫數(r=-0.463,P<0.05)彊于MM P-2(r=-0.218,P<0.05)。結論:MMP-2和MM P-9參與腦梗死的病理過程,腦梗死急性期血漿MMP-2、MMP-9水平可作為判斷腦梗死神經功能缺失、病情輕重及預後的客觀指標。
목적:탐토뇌경사환자혈장기질금속단백매-2(MMP-2)、기질금속단백매-9(MM P-9)수평적동태변화급기여신경손해적관계。방법:50례대조조여179례뇌경사환자발병24h내、제3천화제14천채혈,용매보법측정MM P-2화MMP-9,비교기차별,병분석혈장MMP-2화MM P-9수평동태변화여뇌경사환자신경손해적관계。결과:①179례뇌경사환자발병24h내、제3천시혈장MM P-2、MM P-9농도수평균고우정상대조조。제3천혈장MMP-2화MM P-9수평최고(P<0.05)。②발병24h내、3d、14d혈장MMP-2급MMP-9수평변화여뇌경새환자신경공능결손정도유관,신경공능결손정도월중,혈장MMP-2급MM P-9수평월고,차이유현저성( P<0.05)。③제3천MMP-2、MM P-9수평지간현저상관(r=0.751),MMP-9여신경공능결손정도평분적상관계수(r=-0.463,P<0.05)강우MM P-2(r=-0.218,P<0.05)。결론:MMP-2화MM P-9삼여뇌경사적병리과정,뇌경사급성기혈장MMP-2、MMP-9수평가작위판단뇌경사신경공능결실、병정경중급예후적객관지표。
Objective :To observe the dynamic changes of metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and metallopro-teinase-9(MMP-9) in patients with cerebral infarction .To observe the relation of MMP-2、MMP-9 levels to Neuronal Damage Score ,NIHSS (National Institute of Health stroke scale ) on the time course in ischemic stroke .Methods :MM Ps in plasma was measured in 179 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and 50 controls on the first 24 hour ,third day and 14th day .At the same time ,NIHSS (National Institute of Health stroke scale ) were also ob-tained and analyzed .Results :① Plasma MMP-2、MM P-9 in 179 patients significantly elevated than in controls on the first 24h and the third day ,(P<0 .05) .plasma MMP-2 on third day and plasma MM P-9 on the first 24 h was highest among these .②Moreover ,Mean plasma MMP-2、MMP-9 activities in patients NIHSS >15 were significantly higher than those in the patients with NIHSS≤15(P<0 .05) .③On third day MMP-2 activities was significantly correlated with MM P-9 in plasma(r=0 .751 ,P<0 .05) .Correlation of MMP-9 with NIHSS(r=-0 .463 ,P<0 .05)more signifi-cantly than MMP-2(r=-0 .218 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion:MMP-2、MM P-9 are involved in the pathologic process of cer-ebral infarction .The concentrations of MMP-2 and MMP-9 may be taken as an objective guide to judge the neuronal damage recovery and the recent prognosis in acute cerebral infarction .
