目的：研究乙肝相关性肝癌患者中 Foxp3启动子区甲基化及其表达，探讨 Foxp3在乙肝相关性肝癌发病中的意义。方法：使用real time RT-PCR检测34例肝癌组织中Foxp3mRNA的水平，通过焦磷酸测序的方法检测 Foxp3的甲基化水平。结果：HBV 阳性肝癌组织中 Foxp3 mRNA表达水平高于 HBV阴性组，具有显著差异；HBV阳性与阴性肝癌组织中Foxp3的甲基化水平不具有统计学差异。结论：原发性肝癌患者中 HBV 感染使 Foxp3 mRNA 表达升高，Foxp3 mRNA表达升高可能不是或不完全是通过甲基化修饰来调控的。
목적：연구을간상관성간암환자중 Foxp3계동자구갑기화급기표체，탐토 Foxp3재을간상관성간암발병중적의의。방법：사용real time RT-PCR검측34례간암조직중Foxp3mRNA적수평，통과초린산측서적방법검측 Foxp3적갑기화수평。결과：HBV 양성간암조직중 Foxp3 mRNA표체수평고우 HBV음성조，구유현저차이；HBV양성여음성간암조직중Foxp3적갑기화수평불구유통계학차이。결론：원발성간암환자중 HBV 감염사 Foxp3 mRNA 표체승고，Foxp3 mRNA표체승고가능불시혹불완전시통과갑기화수식래조공적。
Objective :To study the methylation level of Foxp3 promoter in HBV- related hepatocellular carcinoma ,to discuss the significance of Foxp3 in pathogenesis of HBV- related hepatocellular carcinoma .Methods :The methylation status of Foxp3 was detected by using pyrosequencing method ,the expression levels of Foxp3 mR-NA in 34 hepatocellular cancer tissues were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR .Results :Significantly Higher ex-pression level was observed for Foxp3 mRNA in HBV- related HCC samples compared with HBV negative ones ;The methylation levels in HBV positive and negative HCC samples had no significant diffrence .Conclusion :In HCC patients ,HBV infection increases Foxp3 mRNA level and Foxp3 mRNA expression may not be ,or not entirely regu-lated by methylation modification .
