将该实验室自制的改性硅溶胶与苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯等单体通过乳液聚合,制备不含PFOS (全氟辛基磺酰化合物)的氟硅苯丙共聚物乳液。利用FT IR表征共聚物的组成,采用T EM研究乳胶粒的形貌,用接触角分析仪等对聚合物乳胶膜的性能进行表征。结果表明,乳胶粒有明显的核壳结构,不含PFOS氟硅苯丙共聚物乳胶膜吸水率为12.50%,对水的接触角达到93.5°。
將該實驗室自製的改性硅溶膠與苯乙烯、丙烯痠丁酯、甲基丙烯痠羥乙酯、甲基丙烯痠十二氟庚酯等單體通過乳液聚閤,製備不含PFOS (全氟辛基磺酰化閤物)的氟硅苯丙共聚物乳液。利用FT IR錶徵共聚物的組成,採用T EM研究乳膠粒的形貌,用接觸角分析儀等對聚閤物乳膠膜的性能進行錶徵。結果錶明,乳膠粒有明顯的覈殼結構,不含PFOS氟硅苯丙共聚物乳膠膜吸水率為12.50%,對水的接觸角達到93.5°。

In the presence of an anionic and a nonionic emulsifier , the poly (styrene-acrylate )not containing fluorosilicone emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization ,by using modified silica sol ,styrene (St) , butyl acrylate (BA ) , ethylene glycol methacrylate (HEMA ) , dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (FA ) as monomers .The copolymer structures are characterized by FTIR .The morphology of the copolymer latexes are researched by TEM .Contact angle analysis is used to test the performance of the emulsion film .The results show that the morphology of poly (styrene-acrylate)not containing fluorosilicone emulsion particles has obvious core-shell structure ;the water absorption of the poly (styrene-acrylate) containing fluorosilicone emulsion film is 12 .50% and the contact angle of the film is 93 .5°;the poly(styrene-acrylate)not containing fluorosilicone emulsion film has good solvent resistance not only in polar aprotic solvents but also in some low boiling-point solvents such as T HF .
