建立食品包装袋中苯和甲苯迁移量的气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。样品用乙酸乙酯浸泡,在超声器中萃取后用气相色谱-质谱联用检测。苯、甲苯含量在0~100.0mg/L,呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999。回收率为90.3%~94.5%,本方法的最低检出限为1.4mg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.0%。结果表明,该方法具有灵敏度高、高效、稳定的优点。测定结果满意。

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method has been established for the determination of benzene and toluene in laminated food packaging bags. The samples are dissolved by ethyl acetate, After the extraction in the ultrasound device using GC-MS detection. Between 0~100.0mg/L, the linearly dependent coefficient of the curve is 0.999, the recovery is 90.3%~94.5%. The limits of detection is 1.4mg /kg, RSD is 1.0%.The paper shows that the analytical method by GC-MS has many advantages, such as sensitive, effective, stable and etc. The test result is satisfied.
