目的：探讨对宫颈癌患者行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术对其卵巢功能的影响。方法将95例宫颈癌患者，随机分为观察组（49例）和对照组（46例）。观察组患者行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术，并进行卵巢移位；对照组患者仅行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术。对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果观察组患者手术时间明显长于对照组，出血量明显多于对照组；观察组中3例术后2年出现卵巢功能衰退，占6．1％，而对照组中6例术后2年出现卵巢功能衰退，占13．1％。结论由于卵巢组织对放疗呈高敏感性，即使盆腔外放疗也可明显影响卵巢功能，对于宫颈癌根治术后需要放疗的患者，行卵巢移位术能保护宫颈癌患者的卵巢功能。
목적：탐토대궁경암환자행엄범자궁절제가분강림파결청소술대기란소공능적영향。방법장95례궁경암환자，수궤분위관찰조（49례）화대조조（46례）。관찰조환자행엄범자궁절제가분강림파결청소술，병진행란소이위；대조조환자부행엄범자궁절제가분강림파결청소술。대량조환자적료효진행비교。결과관찰조환자수술시간명현장우대조조，출혈량명현다우대조조；관찰조중3례술후2년출현란소공능쇠퇴，점6．1％，이대조조중6례술후2년출현란소공능쇠퇴，점13．1％。결론유우란소조직대방료정고민감성，즉사분강외방료야가명현영향란소공능，대우궁경암근치술후수요방료적환자，행란소이위술능보호궁경암환자적란소공능。
Objective To explore the effect of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy on ovarian function in cervical cancer patients .Methods 95 cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group (49 cases) and the control group (46 cases).The observation group were given radical hysterectomy ,pelvic lymphadenectomy and ovarian trans-position,the control group were given radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy .The curative effects of the 2 groups was compared.Results Duration of operation and amount of bleeding in the observation group were higher than those of the control group;2 years later,ovarian failure was found in 3 patients in the observation group ,which accounted for 6.1%,and ovarian fail-ure was found in 6 patients in the control group ,which accounted for 13.1%.Conclusion As ovary is highly sensitive to radio-therapy,external pelvic radiotherapy can significantly affect ovarian function .Ovarian transposition can protect ovarian function of patients who need radiotherapy after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy .
