目的：探讨培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效观察及不良反应。方法对94例晚期结肠癌（Ⅲ～Ⅳ期）患者按照化疗方案分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂进行化疗，对照组采用奥沙利铂＋亚叶酸钙＋5-氟尿嘧啶方案进行化疗，对2组患者的近远期疗效及不良反应进行分析。结果在消化道反应和血液学毒性方面，观察组的发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组和对照组近期疗效的客观有效率及控制有效率进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组1年生存率和2年生存率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论培美曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结肠癌的不良反应少，疗效可靠，可作为治疗不可切除晚期结肠癌患者的一线化疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin for advanced colon cancer .Methods 94 patients with advanced colon cancer (Ⅲ~Ⅳ period ) were divided into the observation group and the control group according to chemotherapy regimens ,the observation group received pemetrexed combined with oxali-platin ,the control group received oxaliplatin +leucovorin calcium +5-fluorouracil ,short-term and long-term curative effects and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were analyzed .Results The incidence rates of gastrointestinal reaction and hematological toxici-ties in the observation group were lower than those of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05);the short-term objective and control response rates between the observation group and the control group had statistical difference ( P<0.05);1-and 2-year survival rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin for advanced colon cancer is effective with less adverse reactions ,it can be used as the first line treatment for patients with unresectable advanced colon cancer .
