本实验采用毛细管气相色谱法测定豆干中甜蜜素含量。采用OV-101毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),外标法定量。样品加标回收率92.1%~102.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.39%。实验结果表明该方法适合豆干中甜蜜素含量的测定。
