附子为毛茛科多年生草本植物乌头子根的加工品，具有局麻、镇痛、镇静、强心、抗炎、抗肿瘤等功效，广泛用于治疗跌打损伤，风湿关节炎，肿瘤等疾病。由于在临床使用过程中不良反应和中毒事件频频发生，近年来对附子提取物及其有效/有毒成分的药代动力学研究甚多，作者对此研究近况做一综述。

Fuzi, the processed lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaeli ( Ranunculaceae family ) , is a widely used traditional Chinese me-dicinal herb due to their excellent pharmacological activities including anti -inflammation, analgesics, local anesthesia, and anti-tumor effect.Since there have been reports of adverse events , even toxic events of Fuzi, many pharmacokinetic studies were conducted to re-search Fuzi extract and its active ingredients .Present paper summarized progress of the researches .
