综述了无花果叶的化学成分、多种生物活性和临床应用等的研究进展。以不同采收期的无花果叶为原料,根据其大小、含水量、组织结构等特点,试制无花果叶袋泡绿茶,确定了杀青、揉捻、炒制等加工步骤的工艺参数,形成完整的无花果叶绿茶炒制工艺,提高了无花果叶的综合利用率。
綜述瞭無花果葉的化學成分、多種生物活性和臨床應用等的研究進展。以不同採收期的無花果葉為原料,根據其大小、含水量、組織結構等特點,試製無花果葉袋泡綠茶,確定瞭殺青、揉撚、炒製等加工步驟的工藝參數,形成完整的無花果葉綠茶炒製工藝,提高瞭無花果葉的綜閤利用率。

The research progress of chemical components , bioactivities and clinical application of fig ( Ficus carica L.) leaves were reviewed in this paper .And then the green tea bag processing technology was optimized using the fig leaves harvested in different time as materials .The parameters of the processing tech-nology during deactivation of enzymes , twisting , roasting and other steps were confirmed according to the size , moisture content , organization structure and other characteristics of fig leaves .The formation of fig -leaf tea bag processing technology could increase the comprehensive utilization of fig leaces .
