以4个石榴品种的一年生枝条为试材,对其枝条抗寒性相关参数进行测定,应用隶属函数法对所测指标进行综合评价。结果表明:‘皮亚曼’、‘牡丹’、‘泰山红’和‘泰山三白’4个石榴品种在早春萌芽前枝条的半致死温度分别为-5.68℃、-5.46℃、-5.11℃和-4.85℃;新疆‘皮亚曼’和‘牡丹’石榴低温半致死温度较‘泰山红’和‘泰山三白’低;随着处理温度的降低,4个石榴品种枝条中相对电导率、MDA和POD活性逐渐升高,SOD和CAT活性呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;经综合隶属函数分析得到4个石榴品种的抗寒性顺序为‘牡丹’>‘皮亚曼’>‘泰山三白’>‘泰山红’。其中,‘牡丹’和‘皮亚曼’石榴为中度抗寒品种,‘泰山三白’和‘泰山红’石榴为低度抗寒品种。

With one year-old shoots of 4 pomegranate cultivars as materials , relevant parameters of cold resistance were measured and comprehensively compared by subordination function method . The results showed that the semilethal temperatures of shoots of 4 pomegranate cultivars, Piyaman,Mudan,Taishanhong and Taishansanbai ,were -5.68℃, -5.46℃, -5.11℃and -4.85℃respectively before sprouting in ear-ly spring .With the decrease of treatment temperature , the relative conductivity , MDA and POD activities gradually increased , while the CAT and SOD activities firstly increased and then decreased .Through compre-hensive subordination function analysis , the cold resistance of 4 pomegranate cultivars ranked as Mudan >Piy-aman>Taishansanbai>Taishanhong .Among them , Mudan and Piyaman were moderate cold -resistant varie-ties, while Taishansanbai and Taishanhong were low cold -resistant varieties .
