以硬质合金螺纹梳刀为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行螺纹切削加工的仿真研究,分析刀具刃口钝圆半径对螺纹梳刀加工过程中切削力和切削温度的影响。研究结果表明,刀具切削温度分布主要集中在刀尖部位;随着刀具刃口钝圆半径的增加,切削力呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,而切削温度呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,刃口钝圆半径为0.02 mm时切削温度最低。实验测量结果与仿真模型的预测结果具有较好的一致性。该仿真分析为刀具几何尺寸的设计提供参考。
以硬質閤金螺紋梳刀為研究對象,應用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS進行螺紋切削加工的倣真研究,分析刀具刃口鈍圓半徑對螺紋梳刀加工過程中切削力和切削溫度的影響。研究結果錶明,刀具切削溫度分佈主要集中在刀尖部位;隨著刀具刃口鈍圓半徑的增加,切削力呈先增大後減小的變化趨勢,而切削溫度呈先減小後增大的變化趨勢,刃口鈍圓半徑為0.02 mm時切削溫度最低。實驗測量結果與倣真模型的預測結果具有較好的一緻性。該倣真分析為刀具幾何呎吋的設計提供參攷。

Based on carbide thread chaser , simulation of screw machining using the finite element software ABAQUS was carried out.The influence of the radius of cutting tool edge roundness on cutting force and cutting temperature was analyzed .The simulation results showed that the tool cutting temperature mainly concentrated at the nose of the cutting tool .When the radius of cutting tool edge roundness increases , the cutting force firstly increased and then decreased , nevertheless the cutting temperature goes down and then goes up.When the radius of cutting tool edge roundness is 0.02mm, the cutting temperature is at lowest level .Experimental results and the simulation results have good consistency .The simulation model provides a theoretical foundation for the design of cutting tool geometry.
