对汽车侧面碰撞试验中前排假人背板力的典型曲线进行了分析研究,指出背板力曲线可划分为碰撞初期的假人上半身相对座椅靠背晃动阶段、侧气囊作用阶段、门板变形侵入阶段、B柱和门槛梁明显变形侵入阶段和车辆快速向右侧侧移阶段等5个阶段。依据背板力曲线中主要阶段的走势和幅值,并结合试验结果,可进行侧气囊和车身侧面结构的优化。
對汽車側麵踫撞試驗中前排假人揹闆力的典型麯線進行瞭分析研究,指齣揹闆力麯線可劃分為踫撞初期的假人上半身相對座椅靠揹晃動階段、側氣囊作用階段、門闆變形侵入階段、B柱和門檻樑明顯變形侵入階段和車輛快速嚮右側側移階段等5箇階段。依據揹闆力麯線中主要階段的走勢和幅值,併結閤試驗結果,可進行側氣囊和車身側麵結構的優化。

Analysis and research were made to the typical curve of the front-row dummy's backplate force in side impact test, it is indicated that the backplate force curve consists of five phases, e.g. sway phase of the dummy's upper body against the backrest, side airbag deployment phase, door panel deformation and intrusion phase, pillar-B and doorsill's obvious deformation and intrusion phase, and vehicle rightward mitigation. The side airbag and body lateral structure can be optimized based on trend and amplitude of the main phases of the backplate force curve and test results.
