利用GT-Power软件对发动机进气系统概念设计方案进行声学预测,并结合整车噪声试验对其进行声学评估;以管道声学理论为指导,搭建赫姆霍兹消声器和1/4波长管的参数化设计模型,利用GT-Power软件分别完成声学性能直接优化设计和基于灵敏度的声学性能优化设计,确定赫姆霍兹消声器和1/4波长管的结构敏感参数,为发动机进气系统声学性能优化提供了定量依据。整车噪声试验结果表明,优化后该发动机进气噪声下降明显。
利用GT-Power軟件對髮動機進氣繫統概唸設計方案進行聲學預測,併結閤整車譟聲試驗對其進行聲學評估;以管道聲學理論為指導,搭建赫姆霍玆消聲器和1/4波長管的參數化設計模型,利用GT-Power軟件分彆完成聲學性能直接優化設計和基于靈敏度的聲學性能優化設計,確定赫姆霍玆消聲器和1/4波長管的結構敏感參數,為髮動機進氣繫統聲學性能優化提供瞭定量依據。整車譟聲試驗結果錶明,優化後該髮動機進氣譟聲下降明顯。

We use GT-Power software to make acoustic forecast of conceptual design scheme of engine intake system and make acoustic evaluation through vehicle noise test. Based on conduit acoustic theory, we construct the parameterized design model of Helmholtz muffler and 1/4 wave tube, and complete optimization design of acoustic performance of engine intake system and acoustic optimization design based on sensitivity with GT-Power software, and define some sensitive structural parameters of Helmholtz muffler and 1/4 wave tube, which provide foundation for quantification of intake system acoustic optimization. The results of vehicle noise test indicate that the optimized engine induction noise reduces dramatically.
