智能手机作为个人信息综合处理平台成为舆情传播的重要媒介,舆情信息通过各种新型应用在移动通信网络上传播,运营商的政策与监管使这一过程更为复杂。使用计算实验方法将手机舆情话题传播这一复杂系统抽象为运营商、媒介和用户三类主体,给出了主体的属性和行为规则,重点考虑主体之间信息行为的协同交互,在此基础上根据计算实验理论设计了手机舆情传播系统的演化实验模型,从运营商监管、媒介数量和用户密度三方面进行了研究,结果表明无监管系统中较易产生舆情、衍生话题和谣言,运营商的监管会抑制手机舆情的传播,促进系统的稳定,应用媒介数量、用户数量与信息传播速度正相关,但不会影响系统稳定状态时各类用户的比例。

As personal information integration processing platform, smart phones become important medium for public opinion propaga-tion. The policies and regulatory of operators make the process more complicated. This paper designs a framework to simulate mobile pub-lic opinion propagation system which contains three types of agent:the operators, the mediums and the users, and creates computational experiments to simulate the mobile public opinion propagation system evolution process by NETLOGO. The experiments compare evolu-tion process from the operator supervision, medium quantity, and user density the three aspects of the study, the results show that non-monitoring systems are easier to generate public opinion, derivative topics and rumors, the regulation will inhibit spread of mobile public opinion, and promote the stability of the system;the medium quantity, number of users are related to speed of information dissemination, but do not affect the proportion of all types of users at steady state.
