根据起重机起升系统的结构特征与负载特性,研究了起重机起升电动机在转子串电阻调速方式下电动机转速与串电阻及负载之间的关系,并采用Matlab/SimPowerSystems对其进行了仿真分析,得出了起重机串电阻调速控制方式下,1~4挡与负载速度以及电机转矩的动态特性。
根據起重機起升繫統的結構特徵與負載特性,研究瞭起重機起升電動機在轉子串電阻調速方式下電動機轉速與串電阻及負載之間的關繫,併採用Matlab/SimPowerSystems對其進行瞭倣真分析,得齣瞭起重機串電阻調速控製方式下,1~4擋與負載速度以及電機轉矩的動態特性。

According to the structural characteristics and loaded property of the crane lifting system,the relationship between motor speed and series resistance and load with the lifting motor of the crane under the rotor series resistance speed control mode is studied in the paper,with simulation analysis by Matlab/SimPowerSystems,in order to figure out the dy-namic properties on one to four shifts,load speed,and motor torque under the crane series resistance speed control mode.
