提出了一种基于CAN总线的倾角测量方案,实现了对大型起重机吊钩偏摆以及水平倾角的实时监测,有助于增加大型起重机的安全性。利用双轴倾角传感器和三维电子罗盘采集信号,通过无线收发模块将数据传送到中心节点,将数据实时显示在CAN网络中的终端显示屏上。测试结果表明,该监测系统的测量与参考数据吻合较好,具有良好的精度。同时,系统采用无线传输模块无需布线,提升了起重机的工作效率和安全系数,具有良好的应用前景。

The paper introduces a CAN bus-based inclination measuring scheme to carry out the real-time monitoring for hook deflection and horizontal inclination of large-scale cranes,which is helpful for improving the safety.Signals are ac-quired with double-axis inclination sensor and 3D electronic compass,with related data sent to the center node through wireless receiving and dispatching module,and displayed timely on the terminal screen of the CAN network.The test re-sults show that measurement from the monitoring system is consistent with the reference data,showing good precision.The system is provided with wireless transmission module with no need of wiring,which can improve the work efficiency and safety factor of the crane,and provide excellent application prospect.
