利用Matlab对一个25杆结构件做分析,得到了结构尺寸变化时,杆件截面积变化对受力变化影响的灵敏度。以灵敏尺寸作为优化参数、结构体积作为优化目标、许用力作为约束条件对该空间杆件结构做了轻量化设计。利用计算机仿真轻量化过程,在保证刚度的前提下可降低结构质量。结果表明,灵敏度分析是结构轻量化设计的有效途径。

Analysis is performed for 25-bar structural element using Matlab to work out the sensitivity of effect of changes of bar cross-section on stress changes as the structural size varies.With the sensitivity size as optimal parameter, the structural volume as the optimal target,and permitted force as the constraint condition,lightweight design of the space bar structure is performed.The weight reducing process is simulated on the computer to reduce the structure mass under the premise of maintaining the rigidity.The result shows that sensitivity analysis is an effective approach for weight-reducing de-sign of the structure.
