利用Dynaform软件对某轿车行李箱盖外板成型过程进行了模拟研究,通过正交试验对影响冲压成型的压边力、摩擦因数、凸凹模间隙、拉延筋高度等工艺参数进行了优化组合,对4个参数对成型结果的影响程度进行了分析,从而可知影响程度最大的参数为压边力和摩擦因数。结合回归分析方法探讨了压边力和摩擦因数对成型结果的影响规律,并将仿真结果与实际生产零件进行了对比。结果表明,模拟得到的最佳工艺参数与实际生产中所用工艺参数基本相同,成型部分仿真结果与实体零件的数据非常接近,变化趋势相同。

The forming process of a car trunk lid panel is simulated and researched with software Dynaform, the technique parameters of the stamping process, including blank holder force, friction coefficient, clearances of punch-die and draw bead height were optimized through orthogonal test. The different effects of these factors on the final forming quality were discussed. The results show that the blank holder force and friction coefficient have the greatest effect. The rule of influence of the above two factors affecting forming is investigated with the regression analysis method, and the results of simulation are compared with components in production. The results show that the optimal process parameters obtained with simulation are basically identical with the process parameters in actual production, and result of forming simulation is very close to component data.
