2012版C-NCAP正面偏置碰撞速度与欧洲相同,对汽车耐撞性要求比以前更为严格。针对某车型重新匹配新型大尺寸变速器后导致正面吸能空间不足、正面偏置碰撞安全性能下降的问题,根据试验结果和有限元分析结果进行了正面车身结构优化。通过优化纵梁降低了整车加速度波形,减少了乘员舱的侵入量,使该车型能够满足整车安全性能要求。

The frontal offset crash speed of C-NCAP 2012 is the same as that of Europe;however, the crashworthiness requirement is stricter. To solve such problems as inadequately frontal energy-absorbing space caused by new large-sized transmission in a specific vehicle and declining safety performance in the frontal offset crash, the structural optimization of frontal body is performed based on test results and finite element analysis. The intrusion of occupant compartment is decreased by optimizing side rails and reducing vehicle acceleration waveform, thus meeting the requirements of vehicle safety performance.
