以某款柴油机缸盖进气道为研究对象,在稳流气道试验台上将一定压力的压缩空气喷入缸盖进气道,测量进气道入口不同截面喷射位置缸内的涡流强度。并将此装置应用在单缸机上,借助缸内高温内窥镜技术研究不同涡流强度下对缸内燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,螺旋进气道喷射位置的变化对缸内涡流影响不敏感,而切向进气道不同入口位置的流速变化对缸内涡流强度影响显著。
以某款柴油機缸蓋進氣道為研究對象,在穩流氣道試驗檯上將一定壓力的壓縮空氣噴入缸蓋進氣道,測量進氣道入口不同截麵噴射位置缸內的渦流彊度。併將此裝置應用在單缸機上,藉助缸內高溫內窺鏡技術研究不同渦流彊度下對缸內燃燒過程的影響。結果錶明,螺鏇進氣道噴射位置的變化對缸內渦流影響不敏感,而切嚮進氣道不同入口位置的流速變化對缸內渦流彊度影響顯著。

Taking cylinder head intake port of a diesel engine as the research object, we inject compressed air into the intake port on a steady flow test bench, to measure the swirl intensity in-cylinder which is changed by different injector's position at inlet entrance section. Using this device on a single-cylinder engine, and make use of the endoscopic lens to investigate the influence of different swirl intensity on the combustion process in cylinder. The results show that the in-cylinder swirl is affected slightly by the changes of injector location of helical intake port, whereas swirl intensity is affected significantly by the changes of flow rate at different entrance of tangential intake port.
