目的:探讨儿童自行车伤害发生的基本情况及分布特征,为儿童自行车伤害的防治工作提供科学依据。方法抽取汕头市某综合医院2006-2010年所有因自行车伤害而住院的儿童患者病案资料,对其基本情况进行统计分析。结果收集到156例自行车伤害住院儿童病例中,男生99人,女生57人。住院患者入院时情况为“危”有5例(3.20%),“急”有70例(44.87%),儿童自行车伤害患者入院时情况在不同性别之间存在显著性差异(χ=9.830,<0.01)。自行车伤害发生在城镇的有81例(51.92%),乡村53例(33.97%),不同性别城乡2分布情况存在显著性差异(χ=11.92,P<0.01)。伤害发生部位主要为“头、颈部损伤”,患者住院日中位数为5.5d,患者的平均住院费用为2677.2元。结论自行车伤害对儿童危害极大,严重影响了儿童的身心发育,还造成家庭相当严重的医疗负担,应针对危险因素采取有效预防措施。2 P

Objective To analyze the general information and distribution characteristics of bicycle injuries in children so that providing a scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of the injuries. Methods Collected 156 children cases of bicycle injuries admitted to a comprehensive hospital in Shantou city during 2006-2010 and analyzed relevant information of them. Results Of the 156 injured children, 99 cases were male and 57 female;the gender was a main factor affecting the injury 2severity of patients at admission (χ =9.830, P<0.01); 51.92% of bicycle injuries occurred in the city, whereas 33.97%2occurred in the town; the gender exerted different effects on the incidences of bicycle injuries in urban and rural areas (χ=11.92, P<0.01); 37.8% of bicycle injuries happened to head and neck; the median of hospitalization was 5.5 days and the average cost was 2 677.2 yuan per patient. Conclusions Bicycle injury is a risk factor harmfully affecting the physical and mental development of children in both urban and rural areas of China. Effective and feasible preventive measures should be performed to reduce the incidence of bicycle injuries in children.
