为克服传统旋翼转速变换器硬件结构复杂、功能扩展困难和低转速采集灵敏度低和精度差的缺点,采用旋转变压器替代原磁感应器件作为转速传感器,以 AD2S1210旋转变压器数字变换器和STM32F103处理器为核心,设计实现一种新型的转速信号变换器。经验证,设计满足了系统指标要求,方便功能扩展,系统精度及可靠性得到提高,具有较高的工程应用参考价值。
為剋服傳統鏇翼轉速變換器硬件結構複雜、功能擴展睏難和低轉速採集靈敏度低和精度差的缺點,採用鏇轉變壓器替代原磁感應器件作為轉速傳感器,以 AD2S1210鏇轉變壓器數字變換器和STM32F103處理器為覈心,設計實現一種新型的轉速信號變換器。經驗證,設計滿足瞭繫統指標要求,方便功能擴展,繫統精度及可靠性得到提高,具有較高的工程應用參攷價值。

In order to overcome the shortcom-ings of high hardware complexity,being difficult to function expansion and low sensitivity and poor ac-curacy at low rotor speed with traditional rotor speed converter,a new design of rotor speed con-verter and acquisition system is proposed based on monolithic resolver to digital converter AD2S1210 and MCU STM32F103 which uses re-solver to replace the traditional magnetic induction component as the core rotor speed sensor.The ver-ification result presents that the system meets the application requirements and is easy to function ex-pansion,thus it can improve the accuracy and relia-bility of the system and has high Engineering ap-plication value.
