随着物联网技术的快速发展,许多物联网应用系统已经发挥了重要作用。然而,EPC(Electronic Product Code)识读器的可靠性和识读数据的一致性遇到了挑战。提出一个识读器冗余容错方案,并结合该方案提出一个一致性过滤算法。基于上述方案,设计实现一个服装物流应用系统,系统中适用四通道的识读器,并以Java集合类为核心编写。实践结果表明在服装物流中,四通道的识读器是比较经济的选择;Java集合类可以用作过万件服装的过滤器和存储器。

With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoTs)technology,many application systems of IoTs have played important roles.However,the reliability of EPC (electronic product code)reader and the consistency between the reader and the data it read meet challenges.In this paper,we propose a redundancy fault tolerant scheme for the reader,and present a consistency filtering algorithm in con-junction with the scheme.A clothing logistics application system is designed and implemented based on the above scheme,in it the four-chan-nel reader is suitable,and Java collection class is employed as the core compilation.Practical result demonstrates that in clothing logistics, the four-channel reader is a rather economic choice,and the Java collection class can be used as the filter and memoriser for the clothing more than 10,000 pieces once a time.
