针对现今夹具智能定位只对简单零件在二维环境下进行三面定位方式定位点识别的局限性,在切削加工柔性夹具平台上对在三维环境下一面两孔定位方式进行研究,提出先用向量判别法确定候选定位基准,再用权值法确定定位基准;在Solidworks三维环境下运用特征识别技术,结合VB综合编程从而识别出定位基准和定位点的信息;建立定位元件参数化模板,自动选取定位元件。最后给出实例运行结果,说明了该方法的有效性。

Existing intelligent location of fixture can only recognise the locating points of simple components in three-plane locating way carried out in 2D environment.In light of this limitation,in this article we study the locating way of one plane-two holes in 3D environment on flexible fixture platform for cutting,and propose that to use vector discrimination method to determine the candidate location benchmark first and then to use the weighting-value method to determine the location benchmark;In environment of Solidworks 3D we use the feature recognition technology and combine the VB comprehensive programming,thus recognise the information of location benchmark and location point;We also build the parametric template of location elements for automatic selection of the location elements.At last the example of operation result is given,which illustrates the effectiveness of the method.
