针对传统的脉搏血氧监测存在光电检测电路复杂、实时性差等缺点,本文提出了一种高效实时的监测方法。以光电容积脉搏波描记法(PPG)为基本原理,构建了以光频转换技术为核心的全数字硬件系统,采用零相移数字滤波和小波分析技术实现脉搏血氧信号的预处理,运用线性回归分析完成血氧饱和度的计算。采用Fluke的Index2血氧模拟仪产生的标准信号进行测试,在70%~100%范围,误差小于2%。结果表明,该方法切实有效,具有电路简单、数据利用率高等优点,可以实现血氧值的秒级更新。

To solve the problems of the circuit complexity and poor real-time performance existed in traditional pulseoximetry monitoring system,an efficient real-time method is proposed.Based on the photoplethysmograph (PPG),adigital hardware system is constructed with the light to frequency conversion technology.This system adopts zero phasedigital filter and wavelet analysis technology to realize pulse oximetry preprocessing,and employs linear regression al-gorithm to complete the pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2 )calculation.By using this method,the standard signals in therange of70% ~100% derived from Fluke Index 2 XL oxygen simulator have acquired error rate less than 2%.The re-sults indicate that,this efficient method has the advantages of low complexity of circuit and high utilization rate of da-ta,and can refresh the SpO2 value at the level of second.
