进行了采用1064nm增益开关LD全光纤高功率光纤放大的实验研究。采用三级级联光纤放大的方式,第一级放大为单包层光纤放大,第二、三级放大为双包层光纤放大。在第三级放大最大泵浦注入功率为45.2W时,获得了25.3W的脉冲激光输出,脉冲宽度223ps,三级放大的光-光效率为55.9%。若后续进一步增大泵浦功率,则有望实现更高功率输出。

Experimental study on all-fiber high power pulse fiber laser based on 1064 nm gain-switched laser diode isreported.The method of tri-stage cascade amplification is employed in the experimental.The first stage amplification issingle-mode ytterbium-doped fiber,and gain medium of the second and third stage amplification is double-cladding fi-ber.Average power of 25.3W is obtained under a maximum 45.2 W pump power,and the optical-optical efficiency is55.9%.The pulse width is 223 ps with center wavelength of 1064 nm.No nonlinear effect is observed by spectrome-ter,and the SNR is beyond 30 dB.A higher power laser output can be realized as the pump power is further en-hanced.
