本试验旨在研究三丁酸甘油酯对肉鸡生长性能、养分表观消化率、屠宰性能、肠道形态及微生物菌群的影响。选用1日龄艾维茵肉公鸡1800羽,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复50羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%三丁酸甘油酯的试验饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯有促进肉鸡生长的趋势,其中0.20%三丁酸甘油酯组效果最佳。2)与对照组相比,0.20%三丁酸甘油酯组的粗脂肪和粗纤维表观消化率均显著提高(P<0.05);肉鸡屠宰性能有改善的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);十二指肠和空肠肠绒毛高度均显著提高(P<0.05),隐窝深度有变浅的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);盲肠乳酸菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加三丁酸甘油酯能促进生长性能,提高饲料养分消化率,改善肠道形态和微生物菌群,肉鸡饲粮中三丁酸甘油酯适宜添加量为0.20%。

본시험지재연구삼정산감유지대육계생장성능、양분표관소화솔、도재성능、장도형태급미생물균군적영향。선용1일령애유인육공계1800우,수궤분위6조,매조6개중복,매개중복50우。대조조사위기출사량,시험조분별사위재기출사량중첨가0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%삼정산감유지적시험사량。시험기42 d。결과표명:1)사량중첨가삼정산감유지유촉진육계생장적추세,기중0.20%삼정산감유지조효과최가。2)여대조조상비,0.20%삼정산감유지조적조지방화조섬유표관소화솔균현저제고(P<0.05);육계도재성능유개선적추세,단차이불현저(P>0.05);십이지장화공장장융모고도균현저제고(P<0.05),은와심도유변천적추세,단차이불현저(P>0.05);맹장유산균수량현저증가(P<0.05),대장간균수량현저감소(P<0.05)。유차가견,사량첨가삼정산감유지능촉진생장성능,제고사료양분소화솔,개선장도형태화미생물균군,육계사량중삼정산감유지괄의첨가량위0.20%。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of tributyrin on growth performance, nutri-ent apparent digestibility, slaughter performance, intestinal morphology and microbial flora of broilers.A total of 1 800 one-day-old male Avian broilers were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 50 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group was fed a basal diet, and broilers in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0 .10%, 0 .15%, 0 .20%, 0 .30% and 0 .40% tributyrin, respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:diets sup-plemented with tributyrin tended to improve the growth performance of broilers, and the 0 .20% tributyrin group reached the highest.2 ) Compare with the control group, the apparent digestibility of ether extract and crude fiber in 0.20%tributyrin group was significantly increased ( P<0.05); the slaughter performance ten-ded to be improved, but had no significant change ( P>0 .05 ); the villus height in duodenum and jejunum was significantly increased (P<0.05);the crypt depth in duodenum and jejunum tended to be decreased, but had no significant change (P>0.05);the number of Lactobacillus in cecum was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the number of Escherichia coli in cecum was significantly decreased (P<0.05).In conclusion, diets supplemented with tributyrin can promote the growth performance, increase the nutrient digestibility and improve intestinal morphology and microbial flora of broilers.The optimal supplemented level of tributyrin is 0.20% for broilers.
