电压波动是引起闪变的主要原因,因此对电压波动信号的精确检测是电压波动与闪变测量中的关键技术。文中提出了基于TDFT(Transformed Discrete Fourier Transform)变换有效值检波法来检测电压波动信号,方法的核心是对傅里叶变换的结果做简单加权变换来抑制其频谱泄漏误差,并结合相应的插值算法以实现精确检测电压波动信号。另外,文中对传统的有效值检波法对电压波动信号的获得产生的误差进行了修正,使得测量的短时闪变值的误差在允许的范围内。

Voltage fluctuation is the main reason for flicker, therefore makes accurate detection of the voltage fluctuation signal be the key technology in the measurement of voltage fluctuation and flicker. This paper proposes a detection method using transformed discrete Fourier transform (TDFT) based RMS detection. The core of the approach is to perform a simple weighted transformation on the result of Fourier transform to suppress the spectral leakage error, which is further combined with the appropriate interpolation algorithm to achieve accurate detection of the voltage fluctuation signal. In addition, the error generated by voltage fluctuation detection using traditional RMS detection is corrected to limit the measurement error of short-term flicker value to the allowed range.
