针对永磁同步电机存在失磁问题,提出一种基于状态观测器的失磁故障实时检测方法。通过选择磁场同步旋转坐标系下定子电流为状态变量,建立内置式永磁同步电机失磁故障的数学模型。采用两个观测器对永磁体磁链进行实时估计的技术,首先利用龙伯格观测器隔离系统矩阵中电机速度变化对观测器误差方程造成的影响,然后设计滑模变结构观测器,并依据滑模变结构等值控制原理,建立估计永磁体磁链算式。为减少滑模运动的抖动,采用连续函数取代符号函数方法,构造失磁故障重构算法。最后通过仿真验证,证明所提方法的可行性和有效性。

A state observer based real-time detection method for demagnetization failures was presented for Permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). By using stator current under magnetic field oriented co-ordinate as state variables, the demagnetization fault was modeled for the Interior PMSM. The real-time estimation method for permanent magnet flux with two observers is then adopted, in which the Luenberger observer was first used to keep the observer equation error in the system matrix free from motor speed, while the sliding mode variable structure observer was designed to establish an estimation equation for permanent magnet flux on the basis of the equivalent control principle of sliding mode variable structure. A continuous function was used to replace the sign function and a demagnetization fault reconstruction al-gorithm was designed to reduce the sliding motion chattering. Simulation examples demonstrate the feasi-bility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
