用不同直径的杨木纤维填充聚乙烯基木塑复合材料,研究了木纤维直径和长径比等对木塑复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着直径的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲性能、弯曲模量及冲击强度均呈先增加后减少的趋势;拉伸强度、断裂伸长率在直径为0.29 mm时出现最大值,弯曲强度、弯曲模量及冲击强度在直径为0.21 mm时出现最大值。
用不同直徑的楊木纖維填充聚乙烯基木塑複閤材料,研究瞭木纖維直徑和長徑比等對木塑複閤材料力學性能的影響。結果錶明:隨著直徑的增加,複閤材料的拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率、彎麯性能、彎麯模量及遲擊彊度均呈先增加後減少的趨勢;拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率在直徑為0.29 mm時齣現最大值,彎麯彊度、彎麯模量及遲擊彊度在直徑為0.21 mm時齣現最大值。
용불동직경적양목섬유전충취을희기목소복합재료,연구료목섬유직경화장경비등대목소복합재료역학성능적영향。결과표명:수착직경적증가,복합재료적랍신강도、단렬신장솔、만곡성능、만곡모량급충격강도균정선증가후감소적추세;랍신강도、단렬신장솔재직경위0.29 mm시출현최대치,만곡강도、만곡모량급충격강도재직경위0.21 mm시출현최대치。
Polyethylene ( PE)-based composites were manufactured from the poplar wood fibers with various geometries to inves-tigate the effects of fiber diameter and length to diameter ratio on the mechanical properties of wood-plasticcomposites .The tensile strength, elongationat break, bending properties and impact strength are enhanced with the increaseof fiber diame-ter and then decreased as the fiber diameter further is increased .The tensile strength and elongation at break reach their maximum values at a fiber diameter of 0.29 mm.The bending strength, bending modulus and the impact strength have the maximum values when the fiber diameter is 0.21 mm.
