为了比较栽培材料和培养材料中的多糖和抗氧化活性情况,对三七不同发育时期的体胚材料(胚性愈伤组织、前期体胚、后期体胚、体胚苗)中多糖质量分数及其皂苷粗提物的抗氧化活性进行分析。结果显示:不同发育时期的体胚材料中多糖质量分数差异显著,从大到小依次为:后期体胚、前期体胚、体胚苗、胚性愈伤组织。后期体胚多糖质量分数最高,为16.44 mg· g-1,占栽培3 a三七根中多糖的27.99%;最低的为胚性愈伤组织。不同发育时期体胚中粗提皂苷对DPPH自由基的清除作用相对Vc的作用较缓慢,强度较弱;体胚皂苷粗提物清除作用之间有较显著差异,从强到弱依次为:胚性愈伤组织、体胚苗、栽培三七根、前期体胚、后期体胚;胚性愈伤组织皂苷粗提物对DPPH自由基的清除能力最强,IC50值为3.670 g· L-1,高于栽培三七皂苷粗提物的清除作用。

The experiment was conducted to analyze the total polysacchrides content in the explants of somatic embryos at differ-ent development stages of Panax notoginseng (including somatic embryogenic callus, earlier somatic embryo, later somatic embryo and seedling germinating from somatic embryo), and the antioxidant activities of ginsenosides extracts from those explants .There are significant differences in the total polysacchrides in the explants with the order of later somatic embryos>earlier somatic embryo>seedling from somatic embryo>somatic embryogenic callus.The total polysacchrides content in later somatic embryos is the highest, 16.44 mg· g-1, accounting for 27.79%of that in three-year-old P.notoginseng roots cul-tivated in field.The lowest content is in somatic embryogenic .The speed of the DPPH free radical scavenging effects of ginsenosides extracts from somatic embryos in different development stages is slower and its effect is weaker than that of Vc.There are significantly different in the DPPH free radical scavenging effects of their ginsenosides extracts with the order of somatic embryogenic callus>seedling from somatic embryo>three-year-old roots cultivated in field>earlier somatic embryo>later somatic embryos.The strongest scavenging effect of ginsenosides extracts from somatic embryogenic callus (IC50 value 3.670 g· L-1 ) is higher than that from three-year-old roots cultivated in field.
