Analysis was made to wind power, photovoltaic power and hydropower output characteristics in Altai and Tacheng regions, Northern part of Xinjiang and each power source output rule was found. This paper described the impact of wind power output on grid economy, proposing the using principle of wind power, photovoltaic power and hydropower, which provides references for the power quantity balance, dispatching plan making and clean energy operation output control in the region.
