基于磁路分析设计法,提出了5 kW高速永磁电机的设计方案,并对设计过程中的电机极数、永磁体厚度、绕组节距以及极弧系数进行了优化仿真。通过JMAG软件建模仿真,完成了对高速永磁电机的磁密、磁感线、空负载电动势以及电机转矩的分析,该电磁方案可为高速永磁电机设计与优化分析提供一定的理论依据。

Based on the magnetic circuit analysis and design method, this paper proposed the design plan of 5k W high-speed permanent magnet motor and carried out optimized analysis to the motor poles, the thickness of the permanent magnet, the winding pitch and pole arc coefifcient. Through the simulation software JMAG modeling, this paper completed the analysis of the high-speed permanent magnet motor lfux density, magnetic ifeld lines, air force and the motor load torque. The results show that the electromagnetic scheme can provide certain theoretical basis for high-speed permanent magnet motor design and optimization analysis.
