箱梁是桥梁建设工程中梁的一种，其主要作用是在桥梁建设中加速工程进度，从而节约建设工期。本文主要从模板、钢筋、混凝土、波纹管和张拉以及压浆等方面质量控制进行分析，分析箱梁预制中的质量问题，提出一些质量控制措施，希望能够有一定的参考作用。

Box girder is a kind of bridge construction beam, its main role is to accelerate the construction progress of the construction of the bridge, thus saving the construction period. This article analyzes mainly from the template, reinforcing bar, concrete, corrugated pipe and the tension and grouting quality control, analyzes quality problems in precast box girder, and puts forward some measures for quality control, hopes can ha-ve the certain reference function.
