目前的砖混结构房屋，由于受构造措施欠妥、施工质量低劣等综合因素的影响，普遍存在墙体裂缝问题。本文对砖混结构墙体产生裂缝的主要原因进行了描述与分析，并针对各种原因引起的裂缝，提出了一些可供参考的方法与建议。
