根据中国医院协会《医院场所暴力伤医情况调研报告》中的相关数据，对医院场所暴力伤医事件发生趋势、给医院带来的不良影响、恶性伤医事件特点、医院应对医疗纠纷和风险防范、患者就医行为等进行了分析研究。提出法律意识淡薄、犯罪成本低严重影响了医疗执业环境；恶性伤医事件是社会矛盾在医院的反映，社会应共同努力化解；医疗资源与患者需求不成比例造成医患沟通不足等观点。

According to the data of report on hospital violence investigation, the trend, harm, characters, risk prevention and patient’s behavior in hospital violence are discussed. It shows that poor legal awareness and low crime cost has heavily affected medical treatment environment. Vicious event is the reflection of the social contradictions in hospital and needs full participation to smooth. And the mismatched medical resources and patient demands makes inadequate of hospital patient communication.
