试验以干玉米秸秆为试验材料,以乳酸菌为发酵菌,采用正交试验设计,研究生产优质粗饲料的最佳发酵条件。结果表明:在厌氧环境条件下,湿度为70%,温度为20℃,发酵时间为28 d,玉米粉添加量为1.0%时,发酵产物颜色亮黄、气味酸香,乳酸及蛋白质含量均最高,发酵效果最好。
試驗以榦玉米秸稈為試驗材料,以乳痠菌為髮酵菌,採用正交試驗設計,研究生產優質粗飼料的最佳髮酵條件。結果錶明:在厭氧環境條件下,濕度為70%,溫度為20℃,髮酵時間為28 d,玉米粉添加量為1.0%時,髮酵產物顏色亮黃、氣味痠香,乳痠及蛋白質含量均最高,髮酵效果最好。
시험이간옥미갈간위시험재료,이유산균위발효균,채용정교시험설계,연구생산우질조사료적최가발효조건。결과표명:재염양배경조건하,습도위70%,온도위20℃,발효시간위28 d,옥미분첨가량위1.0%시,발효산물안색량황、기미산향,유산급단백질함량균최고,발효효과최호。
Dry maize straw was used as experiment material and Lactobacillus was inoculated on the dry maize straw. Orthogonal experiment design was adopted to screen the best condition of producing high quality roughage ,such as tem-perature,humidity content,fermenting time,and addition of maize powder.The results showed that the color of products was bright yellow,the odor was mellow,the concentration of protein and lactate was the most on the condition of 20 ℃,70%humidity,1.0%additon of maize powder and fermented time of 28 days.
