通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对江苏省高校慢投垒球课程教师基本情况调查与研究，结果表明：江苏省高校慢投垒球教师队伍以男性教师为主，年龄上趋于年轻化，具有研究生学历、讲师为多数，教龄普遍不长，专业慢投垒球教师较缺乏，专项运动等级水平不高，基本上接受过各种各样短期培训；教学目标明确，教学内容较多，教学过程中虽然采取多元教学方法，但缺乏传统与创新教学手段的融合，缺乏实战，科研能力较弱，急需提升。
通過文獻資料法、專傢訪談法、問捲調查法、數理統計法等對江囌省高校慢投壘毬課程教師基本情況調查與研究，結果錶明：江囌省高校慢投壘毬教師隊伍以男性教師為主，年齡上趨于年輕化，具有研究生學歷、講師為多數，教齡普遍不長，專業慢投壘毬教師較缺乏，專項運動等級水平不高，基本上接受過各種各樣短期培訓；教學目標明確，教學內容較多，教學過程中雖然採取多元教學方法，但缺乏傳統與創新教學手段的融閤，缺乏實戰，科研能力較弱，急需提升。
통과문헌자료법、전가방담법、문권조사법、수리통계법등대강소성고교만투루구과정교사기본정황조사여연구，결과표명：강소성고교만투루구교사대오이남성교사위주，년령상추우년경화，구유연구생학력、강사위다수，교령보편불장，전업만투루구교사교결핍，전항운동등급수평불고，기본상접수과각충각양단기배훈；교학목표명학，교학내용교다，교학과정중수연채취다원교학방법，단결핍전통여창신교학수단적융합，결핍실전，과연능력교약，급수제승。
Through using the method of literature review , expert interview , questionnaire and mathematical statis-tics, this paper makes analysis on basic situation of college slow pitch softball teachers in Jiangsu province .The result shows that college slow pitch softball team of teachers with male teachers in Jiangsu province , age tends to be younger , with a graduate degree , lecturer for the majority , seniority is generally not long , lack of professional slow pitch softball teachers , special athletic level is not high , basically accept various short -term training, the teaching goal is clear, the teaching content is more, taking a diversity of teaching methods in the process of teaching , but lack of tradition and innovation of teaching methods, lack of actual practice, scientific research ability is weak, and need to improve.
