新建南广铁路西江特大桥为跨度450 m的中承式钢箱提篮推力式拱桥。为吊装其钢梁节段,需要研究技术可靠、经济合理的大吨位缆索吊机设计方案。结合既有经验,根据本桥吊重大、地形地质条件差等特点,研究确定了总集中荷载为4200 kN的横移式缆索吊机总体方案,针对性地进行索鞍、缆塔、风缆、锚碇等各分项的设计。计算及应用表明,该种横移式缆索吊机技术上完全可行,经济优势突出。

The Xijiang River Bridge, which is a super major bridge on newly-built Nanning-Guangzhou Railway, belongs to a kind of X-style half-through arch bridge with steel box and thrust force. For hoisting its steel girder segments, it was necessary to study out a design scheme of large-tonnage cable crane with reliable technology and reasonable economy. Based on existing experience, according to this bridge's construction characteristics, such as heavy hoisting load, poor topographical and geological conditions and so on, a general design scheme of 4 200 kN transversely-movable cable crane was determined after study. And then its component parts, including the cable saddles, towers, wind-cables, anchorage, were designed respectively. Calculation and application suggest that this kind of cable crane is technically feasible and has a remarkable economic advantage.
