目的:评价短期临床培训课程对提高高职实习护生共情能力的效果。方法采用自身试验前后对照设计,对120名实习的高职护生进行4周的共情能力临床实践培训,包括高尚职业道德的加强、情感共情和行为共情的培养。培训前后,应用人际反应指针量表评价护生的共情能力。结果培训后,护生人际反应总分较培训前有显著提高(P<0.01);4个维度中,同情关怀维度得分较培训前改变不明显(P>0.05),观点取替、幻想力和身心忧急3个维度得分均较培训前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论短期临床共情能力实践培训课程可以提高护生的共情能力。

목적:평개단기림상배훈과정대제고고직실습호생공정능력적효과。방법채용자신시험전후대조설계,대120명실습적고직호생진행4주적공정능력림상실천배훈,포괄고상직업도덕적가강、정감공정화행위공정적배양。배훈전후,응용인제반응지침량표평개호생적공정능력。결과배훈후,호생인제반응총분교배훈전유현저제고(P<0.01);4개유도중,동정관부유도득분교배훈전개변불명현(P>0.05),관점취체、환상력화신심우급3개유도득분균교배훈전명현제고(P<0.05)。결론단기림상공정능력실천배훈과정가이제고호생적공정능력。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a short-term clinical training course on improving empathy capacity for higher vocational nursing interns. Methods A test-retest experimental study was designed and 120 vocational nursing students were recruited to participate in the training course, which included strengthening professional ethics, emotional empathy and behavior empathy. Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI-C) was used to investigate the empathy capacity before and after the training. Results The total score of IRI-C was significantly improved after the training (P<0.01). The empathetic concern didn’t show significant changes after the training (P>0.05);while the perspective taking, fantasy and personal distress improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The short-term clinical training course can improve the empathy capacity of higher vocational nursing interns.
