借鉴国际流行的CDIO模式和高等工程教育的先进理念，探索构建CDIO与应用型创新人才培养融合的新体系。主要从培养方案、教学模式、实践教学体系和质量评价体系等方面，对机械类应用型创新人才培养模式进行了整体化设计，深入研究了其实现过程，并提出了有效的实施途径和方式。

According to the international popular CDIO model and advanced idea of the higher project education, the new integration system was explored to build about CDIO and applied and innovative talent training. The integration design was carried on for the training mode mainly including training program, teaching mode, practice teaching system and quality evaluation system, the implementation process was researched thoroughly, and efficient path and way were proposed.
