本试验旨在研究饲料中不同磷水平对团头鲂生长性能及体组成不同部位中磷含量的影响,以确定团头鲂饲料中磷的需要量。选取480尾平均初始体重为35 g的团头鲂为试验对象,随机分为6个试验组,每组4个重复,每个重复20尾,试验期为85 d。采用半纯化饲料,以磷酸二氢钙为磷源,设置磷水平为3.8、6.9、10.1、13.2、16.4、19.5 g/kg共6个梯度的试验饲料。结果表明:1)团头鲂试验中饲料磷水平为13.2 g/kg的试验组增重率显著高于其他各组( P <0.05);2)饲料磷水平对团头鲂的成活率、全鱼粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量无显著影响(P>0.05),且磷水平为3.8 g/kg试验组全鱼粗灰分含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05);3)随着饲料磷水平的提高,团头鲂全鱼、鳞片、脊椎骨、鳃盖骨磷含量显著上升(P<0.05),饲料磷水平对全鱼、鳞片、脊椎骨、鳃盖骨磷含量显著影响(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲料磷水平不仅影响团头鲂的生长性能,还影响全鱼及组织中磷含量。通过一元二次模型拟合分析得出,团头鲂获得最大生长的饲料磷需要量为12.98~13.18 g/kg。
本試驗旨在研究飼料中不同燐水平對糰頭魴生長性能及體組成不同部位中燐含量的影響,以確定糰頭魴飼料中燐的需要量。選取480尾平均初始體重為35 g的糰頭魴為試驗對象,隨機分為6箇試驗組,每組4箇重複,每箇重複20尾,試驗期為85 d。採用半純化飼料,以燐痠二氫鈣為燐源,設置燐水平為3.8、6.9、10.1、13.2、16.4、19.5 g/kg共6箇梯度的試驗飼料。結果錶明:1)糰頭魴試驗中飼料燐水平為13.2 g/kg的試驗組增重率顯著高于其他各組( P <0.05);2)飼料燐水平對糰頭魴的成活率、全魚粗蛋白質和粗脂肪含量無顯著影響(P>0.05),且燐水平為3.8 g/kg試驗組全魚粗灰分含量顯著低于其他組(P<0.05);3)隨著飼料燐水平的提高,糰頭魴全魚、鱗片、脊椎骨、鰓蓋骨燐含量顯著上升(P<0.05),飼料燐水平對全魚、鱗片、脊椎骨、鰓蓋骨燐含量顯著影響(P<0.05)。在本試驗條件下,飼料燐水平不僅影響糰頭魴的生長性能,還影響全魚及組織中燐含量。通過一元二次模型擬閤分析得齣,糰頭魴穫得最大生長的飼料燐需要量為12.98~13.18 g/kg。
본시험지재연구사료중불동린수평대단두방생장성능급체조성불동부위중린함량적영향,이학정단두방사료중린적수요량。선취480미평균초시체중위35 g적단두방위시험대상,수궤분위6개시험조,매조4개중복,매개중복20미,시험기위85 d。채용반순화사료,이린산이경개위린원,설치린수평위3.8、6.9、10.1、13.2、16.4、19.5 g/kg공6개제도적시험사료。결과표명:1)단두방시험중사료린수평위13.2 g/kg적시험조증중솔현저고우기타각조( P <0.05);2)사료린수평대단두방적성활솔、전어조단백질화조지방함량무현저영향(P>0.05),차린수평위3.8 g/kg시험조전어조회분함량현저저우기타조(P<0.05);3)수착사료린수평적제고,단두방전어、린편、척추골、새개골린함량현저상승(P<0.05),사료린수평대전어、린편、척추골、새개골린함량현저영향(P<0.05)。재본시험조건하,사료린수평불부영향단두방적생장성능,환영향전어급조직중린함량。통과일원이차모형의합분석득출,단두방획득최대생장적사료린수요량위12.98~13.18 g/kg。
In order to estimate the dietary phosphorus requirement of bluntnose black bream ( Megalobrama amblycephala) , the effects of dietary phosphorus level on growth performance, body composition and contents of phosphorus in different tissues of bluntnose black bream were studied. A total of 480 bluntnose black breams with an average initial body weight of 35 g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 20 bluntnose black bream per replicate. The experiment lasted for 85 days. Using semi-purified diet, six ex-perimental diets containing different phosphorus levels (3. 8, 6. 9, 10. 1, 13. 2, 16. 4 and 19. 5 g/kg) were formulated with Ca( H2 PO4 ) 2 as the phosphorus source. The results showed as follows: 1 ) weight gain rate was significantly increased in experimental group with 13 . 2 g/kg phosphorus compared with that in the other groups (P<0. 05);2) the survival rate, contents of crude protein and ether extract in whole body were not significantly affected by dietary phosphorus level ( P>0 . 05 ) , and the ash content in experimental group with 3 . 8 g/kg phosphorus was significantly lower than that in other groups ( P<0 . 05 );3 ) with dietary phosphor-us level increasing, phosphorus content in whole body, vertebra, opercle and scale was significantly increased (P<0. 05). Dietary phosphorus level had significant effects on phosphorus content in whole body, muscle, vertebra, opercle and scale (P <0. 05). In conclusion, under the conditions of this experiment, not only growth performance, but also contents of phosphorus in whole body and tissues are affected by dietary phos-phorus level. Quadratic model analysis results show that the optimum dietary phosphorus requirements for max-imum growth of bluntnose black bream is 12. 98~13. 18 g/kg.
