本试验旨在研究不同纤维源饲粮对1~4周龄扬州鹅生长性能及胃肠道发育的影响。选用392只刚出壳的扬州鹅公鹅,2 h时屠宰14只测定消化道重量和肠道长度,剩余试验鹅随机分为2组,分别饲喂苜蓿草粉饲粮和稻壳粉饲粮,每组7个重复,每个重复27只。在试验鹅的1、3、5、7、14、28日龄,从每个重复随机取2只试验鹅进行屠宰,测定胃肠道重量和肠道长度,并观察14、28日龄试验鹅的十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织形态。结果表明:饲粮纤维源对1~4周龄扬州鹅平均日增重和料重比无显著影响(P>0.05)。除7日龄空肠长度、14日龄十二指肠长度与盲肠重量以及28日龄盲肠长度差异显著(P<0.05)外,饲粮纤维源对各日龄胃肠道重量及肠道长度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。苜蓿草粉饲粮显著增加了14日龄肠道绒毛高度及十二指肠固有层厚度(P<0.05),饲粮纤维源对14日龄空肠和回肠的绒毛高度及各肠段隐窝深度无显著影响(P>0.05),对28日龄各肠段固有层厚度、绒毛高度及隐窝深度无显著影响(P >0.05)。由此可见,饲粮纤维源不影响1~4周龄扬州鹅生长性能,但对胃肠道发育有一定的影响,在生产实践中利用稻壳替代苜蓿草作为饲粮主要纤维源是可行的。
本試驗旨在研究不同纖維源飼糧對1~4週齡颺州鵝生長性能及胃腸道髮育的影響。選用392隻剛齣殼的颺州鵝公鵝,2 h時屠宰14隻測定消化道重量和腸道長度,剩餘試驗鵝隨機分為2組,分彆飼餵苜蓿草粉飼糧和稻殼粉飼糧,每組7箇重複,每箇重複27隻。在試驗鵝的1、3、5、7、14、28日齡,從每箇重複隨機取2隻試驗鵝進行屠宰,測定胃腸道重量和腸道長度,併觀察14、28日齡試驗鵝的十二指腸、空腸、迴腸組織形態。結果錶明:飼糧纖維源對1~4週齡颺州鵝平均日增重和料重比無顯著影響(P>0.05)。除7日齡空腸長度、14日齡十二指腸長度與盲腸重量以及28日齡盲腸長度差異顯著(P<0.05)外,飼糧纖維源對各日齡胃腸道重量及腸道長度均無顯著影響(P>0.05)。苜蓿草粉飼糧顯著增加瞭14日齡腸道絨毛高度及十二指腸固有層厚度(P<0.05),飼糧纖維源對14日齡空腸和迴腸的絨毛高度及各腸段隱窩深度無顯著影響(P>0.05),對28日齡各腸段固有層厚度、絨毛高度及隱窩深度無顯著影響(P >0.05)。由此可見,飼糧纖維源不影響1~4週齡颺州鵝生長性能,但對胃腸道髮育有一定的影響,在生產實踐中利用稻殼替代苜蓿草作為飼糧主要纖維源是可行的。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fiber source diets on growth perform-ance and gastrointestinal development of Yangzhou geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks. A total of 392 newly hatched male Yangzhou geese were selected and 14 geese in them were slaughtered for determining the gastrointestinal weight and intestinal length at 2 hours. The remainders were divided into 2 groups ( alfalfa meal group and rice husk meal group) with 7 replicates per group and 27 geese per replicate. At 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 28 days of age, two geese in each replicate were taken for slaughter, the gastrointestinal length and intestinal weight were deter-mined, and the morphology of duodenum, jejunum, ileum were observed at 14, 28 days of age. The results showed that different fiber source diets had no significant effects on average daily gain and the ratio of feed to gain ( P>0 . 05 ) . Different fiber source diets had no significant effects on gastrointestinal weight and intestinal length (P>0. 05), except the jejunal length at 7 days of age, duodenal length and cecal weight at 14 days of age and cecal length at 28 days of age ( P<0 . 05 ) . The alfalfa meal diet significant increased the intestinal vil-lus height and the lamina propria thickness of duodenum ( P<0 . 05 ) . Different fiber source diets had no sig-nificant effects on villus height in jejunum and ileum and intestinal crypt depth at 14 days of age ( P>0 . 05 ) , also had no significant effects on lamina propria thickness, villus height and crypt depth of the whole intestinal at 28 days of age (P>0. 05). In conclusion, different fiber source diets have certain effects on the develop-ment of gastrointestinal tract of Yangzhou geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks, but have no effects on the growth per-formance. It is available to use husk instead of alfalfa in the production practice of geese.
