Luxi game chickens%slaughter performance%body composition
本试验旨在研究饲粮能量水平对生长前期(1~42日龄)和生长后期(43~140日龄)鲁西斗鸡屠宰性能和体成分的影响。选用1日龄健康鲁西斗鸡公母混雏1000只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复50只,分生长前期和生长后期进行饲养试验。试验各阶段的代谢能(ME)水平分别为:1~42日龄,11.98、12.19、12.38、12.62、12.81 MJ/kg;43~140日龄,11.63、11.82、12.03、12.25和12.45 MJ/kg。结果表明:饲粮能量水平对42日龄和140日龄鲁西斗鸡屠宰性能指标半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和体成分指标水分、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(CA)含量以及沉积净能(ER)均无显著影响(P>0.05)。140日龄鲁西斗鸡水分含量显著低于1日龄和42日龄鲁西斗鸡( P<0.05);CP和CA含量随日龄增加显著升高( P<0.05);1日龄鲁西斗鸡EE含量显著高于42日龄和140日龄( P<0.05);42日龄鲁西斗鸡ER显著低于1日龄和140日龄( P <0.05)。本试验条件下,日龄对鲁西斗鸡水分、CP、EE、CA含量以及ER均有显著影响,EE含量随日龄增长呈现下降的趋势,反映了鲁西斗鸡的品种特性。

본시험지재연구사량능량수평대생장전기(1~42일령)화생장후기(43~140일령)로서두계도재성능화체성분적영향。선용1일령건강로서두계공모혼추1000지,수궤분위5개처리,매개처리4개중복,매개중복50지,분생장전기화생장후기진행사양시험。시험각계단적대사능(ME)수평분별위:1~42일령,11.98、12.19、12.38、12.62、12.81 MJ/kg;43~140일령,11.63、11.82、12.03、12.25화12.45 MJ/kg。결과표명:사량능량수평대42일령화140일령로서두계도재성능지표반정당솔、전정당솔、흉기솔、퇴기솔화체성분지표수분、조단백질(CP)、조지방(EE)、조회분(CA)함량이급침적정능(ER)균무현저영향(P>0.05)。140일령로서두계수분함량현저저우1일령화42일령로서두계( P<0.05);CP화CA함량수일령증가현저승고( P<0.05);1일령로서두계EE함량현저고우42일령화140일령( P<0.05);42일령로서두계ER현저저우1일령화140일령( P <0.05)。본시험조건하,일령대로서두계수분、CP、EE、CA함량이급ER균유현저영향,EE함량수일령증장정현하강적추세,반영료로서두계적품충특성。
This trial was conducted to study the effects of dietary energy level on slaughter performance and body composition of Luxi game chickens during growth prophase (1 to 42 days of age) and growth anaphase ( 43 to 140 days of age) , respectively. A total of 1-day-old 1 000 sex-mixed healthy Luxi game chickens were randomly divided into five treatments with four replicates per treatment and fifty birds per replicate. The levels of metabolizable energy (ME) were 11. 98, 12. 19, 12. 38, 12. 62 and 12. 81 MJ/kg of diets from 1 to 42 days of age, meanwhile, 11. 63, 11. 82, 12. 03, 12. 25 and 12. 45 MJ/kg of diets from 43 to 140 days of age. Results showed that different dietary ME levels had no significant effects on slaughter performance of part-empty thoracic cavity rate, empty thoracic cavity rate, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, and body composi-tion of moisture, crude protein ( CP) , ether extract ( EE) and ash contents, and net energy retained ( ER) of Luxi game chickens aged 42 and 140 days ( P>0 . 05 ) . Moisture content of Luxi game chickens aged 140 days significantly was lower than that of Luxi game chickens aged 1 and 42 days ( P<0 . 05 ); CP and CA contents of Luxi game chickens were significantly increased with the ages increasing ( P<0 . 05 ); EE content of Luxi game chickens aged 1 day significantly was higher than that of Luxi game chickens aged 42 and 140 days ( P<0 . 05 ); ER of Luxi game chickens aged 42 days significantly was lower than that of Luxi game chickens aged 1 and 140 days (P <0. 05). In conclusion, ages have significant influences on moisture, CP and CA con-tents, and ER of Luxi game chickens. The decline of EE content with ages of Luxi game chickens reflects the variety characteristics of Luxi game chickens.
