本试验旨在研究酵母硒和纳米硒对鹌鹑产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质、蛋中硒含量及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选用300只300日龄健康产蛋鹌鹑,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.2、0.4 mg/kg 酵母硒和0.2、0.4 mg/kg纳米硒。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,0.2 mg/kg酵母硒组料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),0.4 mg/kg酵母硒组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05);0.2 mg/kg纳米硒组产蛋率和平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);0.4 mg/kg纳米硒组产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05)。2)2种硒源对鹌鹑产蛋后期蛋形指数、蛋黄指数、蛋壳厚度无显著影响(P>0.05),但能极显著延缓鹌鹑蛋在储藏过程中哈氏单位的下降(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,0.4 mg/kg酵母硒和纳米硒组鹌鹑蛋的蛋黄色泽和哈氏单位均极显著提高( P <0.01)。3)与对照组相比,试验第14、28和42天,酵母硒和纳米硒组蛋中硒含量均极显著提高(P<0.01)。4)与对照组相比,酵母硒和纳米硒组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、总超氧化物歧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力均极显著提高(P<0.01),丙二醛含量极显著降低(P<0.01),纳米硒的抗氧化效果高于酵母硒。由此可见,鹌鹑产蛋后期饲喂纳米硒效果优于酵母硒,且以添加0.2 mg/kg的纳米硒为宜。

본시험지재연구효모서화납미서대암순산단후기생산성능、단품질、단중서함량급혈청항양화지표적영향。선용300지300일령건강산단암순,수궤분성5조,매조6개중복,매개중복10지。대조조사위기출사량,시험조분별재기출사량중첨가0.2、0.4 mg/kg 효모서화0.2、0.4 mg/kg납미서。예시기7 d,정시기42 d。결과표명:1)여대조조상비,0.2 mg/kg효모서조료단비현저강저(P<0.05),0.4 mg/kg효모서조산단솔현저제고(P<0.05);0.2 mg/kg납미서조산단솔화평균단중현저제고(P<0.05),료단비현저강저(P<0.05);0.4 mg/kg납미서조산단솔현저제고(P<0.05)。2)2충서원대암순산단후기단형지수、단황지수、단각후도무현저영향(P>0.05),단능겁현저연완암순단재저장과정중합씨단위적하강(P<0.01)。여대조조상비,0.4 mg/kg효모서화납미서조암순단적단황색택화합씨단위균겁현저제고( P <0.01)。3)여대조조상비,시험제14、28화42천,효모서화납미서조단중서함량균겁현저제고(P<0.01)。4)여대조조상비,효모서화납미서조혈청곡광감태과양화물매、총초양화물기화매활성급총항양화능력균겁현저제고(P<0.01),병이철함량겁현저강저(P<0.01),납미서적항양화효과고우효모서。유차가견,암순산단후기사위납미서효과우우효모서,차이첨가0.2 mg/kg적납미서위의。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast selenium and nano-selenium on perform-ance, egg quality, egg selenium content and serum antioxidant indices of quails during the late laying period. A total of 300 healthy quails (300 days of age) were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 quails per replicate. Quails in the control group were fed a basal diet, and quails in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0 . 2 , 0 . 4 mg/kg yeast selenium and 0 . 2 , 0 . 4 mg/kg nano-selenium, respcitively. The adjustment period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, the feed to egg ratio in 0. 2 mg/kg selenium yeast group was significantly decreased ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the laying rate in 0 . 4 mg/kg selenium yeast group was significantly increased ( P<0 . 05 );the laying rate and average egg weight in 0 . 2 mg/kg nano-sele-nium group were significantly increased ( P <0 . 05 ) , and the feed to egg ratio was significantly decreased ( P<0 . 05 ); the laying rate in 0 . 4 mg/kg nano-selenium group was significantly increased ( P<0 . 05 ) . 2 ) Two kinds of selenium sources had no significant effects on shape index, yolk index and shell thickness during the late laying period ( P>0 . 05 ) , but it could significantly delay the decrease of Haugh units during storage ( P<0 . 01 ) . The yolk color and Haugh unit in 0 . 4 mg/kg yeast selenium and nano-selenium groups were sig-nificantly increased compared with the control group (P<0. 01). 3) At the 14th, 28th and 42nd days, the egg selenium content in nano-selenium and selenium yeast groups was significantly increased ( P<0 . 01 ) . 4 ) The serum glutathione peroxidase, total superoxide disumutase activiies and total antioxidative capacity in nano-selenium and selenium yeast groups were significantly increased ( P<0 . 01 ) , but the malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased compared with the control group ( P<0 . 01 ) . The antioxidant effect of nano-sele-nium was better than that of selenium yeast. In conclusion, feeding effect of nano-selenium is better than sele-nium yeast of quails during the late laying period, and the optimal supplemental level of nano-selenium is 0. 2 mg/kg.
