本试验旨在研究维生素B2对5~16周龄五龙鹅生长性能、血清激素含量和肠道组织结构的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中维生素B2的适宜添加水平。试验选用29日龄五龙鹅360只,随机分为6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮(维生素B2含量为2.47 mg/kg),Ⅱ~Ⅵ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加2.5、5.0、10.0、20.0、40.0 mg/kg维生素B2的试验饲粮。试验期12周。结果表明:1)采用不相关比较法进行分析,饲粮维生素B2添加水平为5.69 mg/kg时平均日增重(ADG)最大,饲粮维生素B2添加水平为5.64 mg/kg时料重比(F/G)最低。2)Ⅲ组血清生长激素(GH)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、胰岛素(INS)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅲ组肠道绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)显著或极显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。4)ADG与FT4含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),F/G与GH、FT3、FT4和INS含量呈显著或极显著负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。5)ADG与绒毛高度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),F/G与绒毛高度、隐窝深度呈显著负相关( P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加5.0 mg/kg维生素B2对5~16周龄五龙鹅的体重、ADG、F/G和血清GH、FT3、FT4、INS含量及肠道绒毛高度、隐窝深度、V/C有显著影响,以生长性能为衡量标准,建议玉米-豆粕型饲粮中维生素B2适宜添加水平为5.64~5.69 mg/kg。

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of vitamin B2 on growth performance, serum hormone contents and intestinal tissue structure of Wulong geese aged from 5 to 16 weeks, and to find the ap-propriate supplemental level of vitamin B2 in diets of geese. A total of 360 Wulong geese (29-day-old) were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate. Geese in groupⅠ( con-trol group) were fed a basal diet, and geese in groupsⅡtoⅥwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 2. 5, 5. 0, 10. 0, 20. 0 and 40. 0 mg/kg vitamin B2, respectively. The experiment lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed as follows:1) using unrelated comparative analysis method, when the dietary vitamin B2 supplemental level was 5. 96 mg/kg, the average daily gain (ADG) reached the highest; when the dietary vitamin B2 sup-plemental level was 5. 64 mg/kg, the ratio of feed to gain (F/G) reached the lowest. 2) The contents of growth hormone ( GH) , free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ) , free thyroxine ( FT4 ) and insulin ( INS) in serum in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ ( P<0 . 05 ) . 3 ) The villus height, crypt depth and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth (V/C) were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). 4) ADG had significant positive correlation with FT4 content (P <0. 05), F/G had significant negative correlations with the contents of GH, FT3, FT4 and INS (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). 5) ADG had sig-nificant positive correlation with villus height ( P<0 . 05 ) , F/G had significant negative correlations with villus height and crypt depth (P<0. 05). In conclusion, adding 5. 0 mg/kg vitamin B2 can significantly affect the final body weight, ADG, F/G, the contents of serum GH, FT3 , FT4 and INS, and intestinal villus height, crypt depth and V/C. According to the growth performance, it suggests that dietary vitamin B2 optimal supple-mental level is 5. 64 to 5. 69 mg/kg.
