用颗粒失重法测定自制微生物发酵液降解马尾松树脂颗粒的效价,探讨了微生物发酵液控制马尾松树脂障碍的可行性。结果表明:树脂颗粒失重量与氢氧化钠滴定量成线性关系,相关系数为0.930。实验优化了失重法的降解条件:颗粒质量0.2g,发酵液量20m l,温度60℃、p H8,处理时间12h。通过5L发酵罐发酵,效价从摇瓶的38.0%提高到50.6%,通过傅里叶红外光谱测定反应前后树脂成分的变化,显示有羧酸的产生,并且发酵液对树脂类物质中的酯键具有裂解作用。可见该发酵液对树脂障碍有明显控制效果。
用顆粒失重法測定自製微生物髮酵液降解馬尾鬆樹脂顆粒的效價,探討瞭微生物髮酵液控製馬尾鬆樹脂障礙的可行性。結果錶明:樹脂顆粒失重量與氫氧化鈉滴定量成線性關繫,相關繫數為0.930。實驗優化瞭失重法的降解條件:顆粒質量0.2g,髮酵液量20m l,溫度60℃、p H8,處理時間12h。通過5L髮酵罐髮酵,效價從搖瓶的38.0%提高到50.6%,通過傅裏葉紅外光譜測定反應前後樹脂成分的變化,顯示有羧痠的產生,併且髮酵液對樹脂類物質中的酯鍵具有裂解作用。可見該髮酵液對樹脂障礙有明顯控製效果。

The valence of mason pine resin particle, degraded by hand-made fermentation broth was measured with particle weight loss method. The feasibility to solve mason pine pitch trouble by microbial fermentation broth was investigated. The results show that the weight loss of resin particles is linearly dependent on the titer of sodium hydroxide, with the correlation coefifcient of 0.930. The optimized degrading conditions are as follow:particle weight 0.2g, lfuid volume 20ml, temperature 60℃, pH 8, reaction time 12h. The valence increases from 38%in the shaker to 50.6% in 5L fermentor. The ingredient of resins shows a change before and after the reaction, measuring by FT-IR spectrometer, showing carboxylic acid produced, and the splitting action to the ester bond of resin-like substances with fermentation broth. It concluded that this fermentation broth has the obvious inhibiting effect on the pitch trouble.
