The software Origin 7. 5 is employed to process the data obtained from the Frank-Hertz experiment. The results of experiment indicates that the method can not only draw the curves of experiment data more quickly,but also find out the voltage values corresponding to the peak value and valley value more accurately in comparison with traditional data processing methods. Therefore,the experiment error can be reduced greatly.
