为了快速、准确地测量闭合图形的面积,设计了由接触式图像传感器( CIS )、步进电机、扫描平台和 MC9S12XS128微控制器系统组成的数字式求积仪。通过步进电机使图像传感器沿导杆匀速水平运动,扫描玻璃平板上白纸上的图形。单片机采集图像信号并进行点阵识别,根据捕捉到的两点之间的时间间隔和图像传感器移动速度,通过数值积分求出图形面积,并在液晶显示器上显示。实验结果表明,完成一幅图形的测量只需12 s ,横向和纵向分辨率分别为600 dpi 和254 dpi ,完全满足实验教学的要求。

In order to quickly and accurately measure the area of a closed graph , a digital planimeter is designed which is com-posed of a contact image sensor(CIS), a stepper motor, the scanning platform and the MC9S12XS128 microcontroller system. By means of the stepper motor , the image sensor is driven to move along a guide rod uniformly and horizontally , and the graphics of a white pa-per on the glass plate is scanned . The image signals are collected and the lattices are identified by the microcontroller . According to the capture time interval between two points and the image sensor movement speed , the graphic area is calculated by numerical inte-gration and displayed on the LCD . Experimental results show that a completing graph measuring just needs 12 s , the transverse and longitudinal resolution are 600 dpi and 254 dpi respectively, and the requirements of experimental teaching are fully met.
